Nicholas Callegari

Former SpaceX structures engineer and startup founder. Multidisciplinary with a Masters in Engineering from UC Berkeley and MBA from Yale that's passionate about the intersection of engineering and social impact.

Yale SOM operations powerhouse, combining climate-tech experience, investor outreach chops, and founder-level hustle. Samira is actively accelerating Verustruct's hiring, fundraising, and ops infrastructure.

Architect with a deep interest in space-making and how the phenomenology of form connects with the human species. Holds M.Arch from UPenn.

The V1 Extrude design in conceived and our first patent is filed. The VeruStruct team starts taking form and the process of building an organizations moves into high-gear.

Awarded seed funding through CBEY for our innovative sustainable 3D printing construction solution which is helping address climate change through utilization of upcycled materials for our building materials.

Yale SOM Thomas Selby and Meaghan McGrath Entrepreneurship Innovation Award Winner

Awarded to Yale SOM students pursuing entrepreneurship activities that work on market-based solutions – particularly by creating and building economically viable startup businesses – to problems facing our society and planet.

Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (CITY) Student Milestone Fund Recipient

VentureWell E-Team Pioneer Grant Recipient

Verustruct was selected for the competitive VentureWell E-Team Winter 2024 cohort and awarded Pioneer-stage funding to support the development of our climate-focused technology solution addressing sustainable construction innovation.

VentureWell E-Team Propel Grant Recipient

Verustruct was selected to advance to the Propel stage of the VentureWell E-Team Program, receiving $20,000 in non-dilutive funding and participating in an intensive three-month accelerator to refine our business model and test commercialization pathways for our sustainable construction solution.

CBEY Sobotka Seed Prize Winner
